A method for making rusks includes making an emulsion, dough, dividing and forming dough into slabs, proofing the slabs, baking the plates, cooling and keeping the slabs, cutting the slabs into pieces, drying the pieces, cooling the rusks, rejecting and packing. The emulsion is treated by laser radiation of the ultraviolet wave range. |
