The invention relates to area of medicine, in particular to dietology and hygiene of food, and can be used for mapping individual diets, this is to give possibility to increase protective functions of organism and its resistivity to factors of external and internal media. The invention is based on problem - to improve method of diagnostics of individual sensitivity of organism to food products in which control with extraction liquid and temperature of incubation 40 °C provide increase of sensitivity of the method and leveling of error-positive results.
