FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: self-loading spreader of fertilisers contains bin-feeder, spreader and load-lifting device, fixed on bearing components of tractor, hydraulic actuators of drive of lever components of cargo boom of which are connected to hydraulic system of tractor. Bin by means of frame is pivotally installed on lifting rods of tractor's joint hinge. In bottom part frame of bin is implemented in the form of supports. Pyramidal knife is located inside bin and fixed on backing plate, which is outfitted by perforate elements. Perforate elements are implemented in the form of grating. In openings of grating there are located U-shaped elastic pins, led free by one ends into corresponding openings of grating and fixed by other ends on bottom side of the last. Backing plate is mounted on bin on articulated suspension brackets with ability of oscillating travels. Ends of articulated suspensions are fixed on backing plate, and other ends - on walls of bin, forming articulated semirevolving four-link mechanism. One pair of coaxial suspensions of mechanism allows common shaft, through which crank is cinematically connected to drive of oscillating travels of backing plate. Drive is implemented in the form of hydraulic actuator of double-acting with built in its body operating valve and communicated with hydraulic system of tractor. Rod of hydraulic actuator is pivotally connected to crankshaft of suspension bracket shaft, and body - is pivotally fixed ob frame of bin. ^ EFFECT: improvement of operating-processing characteristics of self-loading spreader. ^ 9 dwg |
