FIELD: instrument making. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cartridges incorporated with drinks preparation machines. Proposed cartridge contains one or more drink ingredients and is made from, in fact, air- and water-proof materials. The cartridge has fluid medium inlet and outlet for drink produced from one or more drink ingredients. It incorporates appliances to produce drink jet. Aforesaid appliances comprise an orifice arranged on the fluid flow way to communicate the inlet with outlet. One or more microscopic ledges are arranged in the said orifice or nearby it to contact fluid flow, the ledge thickness or height varying from 10 to 500 mcm. ^ EFFECT: higher turbulence producing larger amount of air bubbles at preset drink backpressure. ^ 19 cl, 36 dwg, 2 tbl |
