FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of chemistry and can be used for elemental sulphur recovery from the waste of hydrometallurgical processes, particularly from the waste obtained at lixiviation of lead concentrate. The sulphur-containing waste is lixiviated with sodium sulphide solution in the form of sodium polysulphide and separated from polysodium sulphide solution. The said solution is treated with carbon dioxide for obtaining of the dispersion containing elemental sulphur, sodium acid polysulphide and sodium bicarbonate. The elemental sulphur is separated from the solution containing sodium acid polysulphide and sodium bicarbonate. The solution containing sodium acid polysulphide and sodium bicarbonate is treated with calcium oxide for regeneration of the lixiviation solution. The obtained precipitate of CaCO3 is separated from the sodium sulphide solution which is recycled to the lixiviation stage. The precipitate of CaCO3 is additionally calcinated for obtaining of CaO, then CO2 and CaO are fed for treatment of the solution containing sodium acid polysulphide and sodium bicarbonate, obtained CO2 is supplied for treatment of the solution containing sodium polysulphide. ^ EFFECT: invention allows to enhance the economical efficiency of process. ^ 13 cl, 1 dwg, 2 ex |
