Military arts practice equipment is provided to encourage interests of a trainee by offering various patters with adjustment of direction and height of a hitting part, and to improve accuracy by adjusting an interval of the hitting part. Military arts practice equipment includes the followings: a fixing stand(21) combined on a supporting part; a body rod(20) fixed on an adjusting bolt by interposing a supporting rod; a head(30) made of a rubber material for elasticity, and installed at the top of the body rod; an elevating unit(40) elevating the body rod with a fasting bolt; an adjusting member performing a fixing and a rotating processes; and a hitting rod(50) connecting the hitting unit at one side of the adjusting member.
