A high radix microfluidic multiplexer is provided to increase the degree of integration in an integrated system, to perform simplification of equipments and to ensure competitive power in performance and price. A high radix microfluidic multiplexer comprises a channel part consisting of a plurality of flow paths where microfluid is flown in; two or more of control channels(31) where the pressure for controlling the movement of the microfluid is applied; and three or more of valves(11,13) having different critical pressures controlling the flow of the microfluid within the flow path by pressure.
