A process for preparation of bitumen from the pond acid sludge, where the temperature of organic-mineral mixture, which is tightly associated with mechanical impurities, is brought up to 160-180 °С, at which the organic compound – bitumen attains fluidity, and outflows in molten fluidal state. The mineral heat-proof component – gypsum and mechanical impurities, free from bitumen, are cooled and supplied for fractional bolting, grinding or granulation for preparation of hydrophobic granular material. |
