FIELD: weapons. ^ SUBSTANCE: set of invention covers caseless-breeching artillery piece breech block and mechanism to transform breech block gas check frame turn into displacement of charge retainer. Proposed breech block comprises wedge, breech housing, charge retainer and gas check. Breech block and retainer are arranged to displace in the plane perpendicular to barrel axis, while the said gas check is fitted on the rotary frame. The charge retainer represents a chute locked in its extreme positions and articulated with rotary frame with the help of mechanism to transform the frame turn into translation of pusher and to transform pusher displacement into that of charge retainer. Aforesaid mechanism comprises pusher, lever and two rods. Aforesaid pusher has a slot and a lever arranged on the frame rotation axle to interact with walls of aforesaid slot. Aforesaid lever is furnished with two ledges, while each spring-loaded rod has two slots. Rods are coupled with the charge retainer to form, with the pusher, a wedge pair. One part of the surface of the rod first slot receives the pusher on locking the rod in its position distant from the case, while the other of aforesaid surface makes a wedge pair with inclined wall of the first pusher ledge to displace the rod to the said distant position. Rod second slot makes wedge pair with inclined walls of the pusher second ledge to move the rod the position near the case. ^ EFFECT: reliable rod and chute locking in extreme position and reliable holding of charge in barrel chamber. ^ 2 cl, 13 dwg |
