FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: present invention is related to devices for application of coat onto surface of profile by metallic textured paint with the help of roller painting in combination with coat application with the help of spraying and methods for application of coat on it. The first feature of device for coat application onto profile surface is the fact that it is equipped with device for coat application by roller at least on one surface of profile with application of ultraviolet paint that serves as binding material. Besides, device is equipped with accessory for coat application by spraying, which is installed in position that follows device for coat application by roller, for coat application by spraying of metallic textured paint onto layer of ultraviolet paint coating. Paint contains dissolvent, acrylic balls and metal powder. The second feature of the present invention is method for coat application on profile containing steps of roller painting of at least one profile surface by ultraviolet paint that serves as binder material, and coat application onto covering layer of ultraviolet paint by spraying of metal textured paint containing dissolvent, acrylic balls and metal powder. ^ EFFECT: provision of representation of three-dimensional metal structure with application of single drying process. ^ 20 cl, 10 dwg |
