A chair for the cervical traction is provided, which enables to correct the cervical spine and to perform stretching without the others' help. A chair for the cervical traction comprises: first and second chin-rests(2,4) which are symmetrically established in the chair in order to selectively hold the chin of a user; and a chin-rest drive device(6) which independently moves first and second chin-rests up and down and rotates them at the same time. In the chin-rest drive device, the unit drive device is equipped symmetrically in first and second chin-rests. The unit drive device comprises: a drive motor(10); a helical axis(8) rotated by a deceleration member(12); a cylinder axis(14) coupled with a helical axis; a roller(16) which is fixed to be protruded from the outer circumference of the cylinder axis; and a guide container(18) in which a guide groove(20) is hollowed.
