A cord lock is provided to insert and support a fabric belt or a rope, and to locate one end part of the fabric belt or the rope to a block located on a rear side authentically. A cord lock comprises the followings: a rear inclined wall(11) extended to a lower direction; a front base(1) having an insertion slot of the bottom of the rear inclined wall; a rear location determining block(14); two connection arms(12) arranged to a horizontal direction, and connected with both sides of the block and the front base; a hole(13) formed between the front base and the rear location determining block; a suspended block(121) connected with the two arms; a supporting groove extended to a vertical direction of the rear location determining block; a floor acceptance opening chamber(143) formed on the bottom of the rear location determining block; and a penetration hole(142).
