A stator assembly of a plastic-packaged brushless motor is provided to save a material for forming a front cover by packaging a coil stator and the front cover. A stator assembly of a plastic-packaged brushless motor includes a coil stator(1), a front cover(2), and a plastic main body(3). The plastic main cover has a hollow shape. The coil stator is positioned in a central part of a chamber inside the plastic main body. The front cover is positioned in a front part of the plastic main body. The front cover includes a bearing housing(21), an outer flange(22), and a rain protection cup(23). The outer flange is positioned in the plastic main body. The rain protection cup is installed in a front part of the bearing housing.
