A measurement apparatus for displacement of a structure is provided to fix the apparatus on a specified position by controlling the angle between a main body and a joint through a bolt-nut coupling structure. A measurement apparatus for displacement of a structure comprises a main body(100), a tilt sensor, a settlement sensor, a joint(400), and a vertical maintaining unit(500). The tilt sensor measures the tilt of the main body. The settlement sensor measures the settlement degree of the main body using the height measured with the pressure. The joint is coupled to the structure to be detachable. The vertical maintaining unit allows the changing and the fixing of the tilt to the joint to maintain the settlement sensor in the vertical direction.
