A handrail assembling apparatus is provided to prevent safety accident because operators can operate while verifying the safety. A handrail assembling apparatus comprises a primary assembling unit(100), a secondary assembling unit(200) and a tertiary assembling unit(300). In front of and behind the primary assembling unit, primary plates(120a,120b) are installed facing to each other in order to house the center and vertical portions of handrail. Primary brackets(140a,140b) are formed in the front and rear ends of the primary plate. The primary bracket supports the top and bottom of the vertical portion of the housed handrail. In the primary plate, primary piston rods(160a,160b) horizontally reciprocating through the primary bracket are formed. The primary piston rod supports the top and bottom of the handrail. In the secondary assembling unit, a secondary plate(220) is installed. In the secondary plate, other vertical or central portion which is not supported by the first assembling unit is mounted. The secondary plate is operated by the cylinder installed in front and rear ends thereof. A pair of switches(500a,500b) for operating the cylinder are distanced from each other at a certain distance. In the tertiary assembling unit, the central and vertical portions of the assembled handrail are transferred and mount. |
