An apparatus and a method for timely correcting life patterns are provided to supply real time feedback during activation time, thereby providing an effective life pattern correction service. An activity sensing unit(110) outputs sensing signals of sensors as activity information in response to motion of a user. A start time point detection unit(120) detects a start time point of a dynamic life activity section periodically or in real time. An activity program generator(130) produces an activity program at the detected life activity section. A user interface unit(140) comprises an input unit such as a keyboard and an output unit outputting feedback information.
