METHOD AND APPATUS FOR MANUFACTURING SMALL RING USING PUNCHING TYPE MOLD

A method and a device for manufacturing a small ring using a punching mold is provided to regularly make the height of the small ring by omitting a drawing process using thin films having same thickness. A method and a device for manufacturing a small ring using a punching mold comprise followings. A thin plate successively transferred between a die and a stripper is pierced with a first punch. A burr formed at the one end of the thin plate is pressed by a second punch in order to form a chamber or a round. The other end of the thin plate pressed under the second punch is pressed by a third punch to form the chamber or the round. The thin plate is blanked with the third punch. The blanked product is completely separated from the thin plate using a fourth punch.
