A horizontal reciprocating parking facility is provided to exclude a separate secondary pallet transferring unit for transferring the pallet of the secondary parking row to the main parking row. A horizontal reciprocating parking facility comprises plural parking rows, a moving path(40), a transfer cart(50), plural pallets(60) and a pallet conveyer. The parking rows are arranged in parallel. The moving path is formed between a pair of parking rows. The transfer cart is installed on the moving path and permitted to move. The top of pallet is formed in order to support the vehicles. The pallet can move between the parking row and transfer cart. The pallet conveyer conveys the pallet between the parking row and transfer cart. The parking row comprises a pair of main parking rows(10,20). In one side of the main parking rows, one or more secondary parking rows(30) are prepared.
