A bio information transmitting system using a wireless sensor network is provided to improve the data usage efficiency. A portable sensor(110) transmits bio information of a sensed user together with a portable sensor identification code through the Zigbee communication scheme. A fixed sensor(120) senses environmental information including the temperature, humidity and illuminance within a building, and then associates environment information for each space and bio information for each user with fixed sensor identification codes to transmit the associated result through a cable or wirelessly. A bio information transmitting server(130) is connected to the fixed sensor through a cable or wirelessly.
