A hybrid power transmission apparatus with manual and automatic functions is provided to drive stably by installing a battery at the lower part of a saddle seat and dispersing the center of weight to both wheels and the center part. A hybrid power transmission apparatus with manual and automatic functions comprises a power supply unit, a first driving part(100) and a second driving part(200), a gear and a chain(160). The power supply unit delivers the power to a bicycle. The first driving part is composed of a drive motor(110), an input shaft(120), a first clutch(130), a chain and a sprocket(170). The drive motor is rotated with the power supply unit. The input shaft is rotated with the torque of the drive motor. The first clutch is installed at one end of the input shaft. The chain and the sprocket delivers the power to an output shaft. The second driving part is composed of a pedal shaft(210), a second clutch(140), a sprocket and a chain. The second clutch is integrally installed near the first clutch.
