A chair board is provided, which enables to do other work without the movement in the state of taking a seat at a chair and can be used at in the form of the assisted table for reading. A chair board comprises: a panel(10) for settling a collection shelf in which board, document, and containers are accepted; a tension joint(20) which elastically supports the panel fixed in the upper side of the armrest; a panel angle control part which is rotatably fixed to both sides of the panel and varies the support angle of the panel according to the use condition in settling the panel on the desk; and an auxiliary supporting member(50) for the length variable.
