A stabilizer unit for a vehicle is provided to use the torque of a rear-wheel stabilizer as driving source, so a separate drive motor or a hydraulic pump is not necessary. A fluid pressure generating unit(10) of a stabilizer unit for a vehicle comprises a rotary cylinder(11), a first gear(G1), and a second gear(G2). The rotary cylinder comprises a rotary cylinder housing of a cylindrical shape. In the piston shaft of the center inside the rotary cylinder housing, a rotary piston is integrally mounted. The inside of the rotary cylinder housing is segmented by a hydraulic chamber and an air chamber(A). The partition is integrally formed inside the rotary cylinder housing. The hydraulic chamber is segmented into first and second hydraulic chambers with the partition. The hydraulic chamber is connected through first and second hydraulic oil pipes(L1,L2) to a rigidity controlling unit(20). The first gear is fixed to one side of the center on the rear-wheel stabilizer bar. The second gear is fixed to the front end of the piston shaft of the rotary cylinder. The second gear is engaged with the first gear.
