An information processing system, a computer readable recording medium and an information processing method are provided to enable a user who is not authorized to execute administrator instructions through limitation and to change the execution results into a state when the administrator commands are executed without any limitation when the administrator who is authorized permits the execution. When the execution for executable administrator instructions is requested from a user who has no administrator authority, an executing unit for an instruction limitation unit for the administrator(11) is executed through the limitation. A state changing unit(14) changes a processing result for administrator instruction into an executing state without any limitation.
