<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to optimize an arrangement of a light source and a solar cell according to the location environment and use of the place to be installed, in a columnar light emitter. <P>SOLUTION: An illumination post (columnar light emitter) 1 is equipped with a square columnar body 2, a surface light-emitting part 3 having light-emitting diodes 3a as a light source and the solar cell part 4. At the columnar body 2, a plurality of rectangular recessed parts 2a of mutually the same shape are formed, As for the surface light-emitting part 3 and the solar cell part 4, the outline is formed so that it has the same shape as that of the recessed parts 2a, and they are respectively made mountable on the arbitrary recessed parts 2a. According to the location environment and use of the place to be installed, the number and arrangement of the surface light-emitting parts 3 and the solar cell parts 4 can be changed easily, and manufacturing cost of the illumination post 221 that fits to various uses can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
