The device has an oscillator (3) e.g. crystal-controlled clock, delivering an oscillation signal as soon as an unlocked door detection signal is delivered by a door contact detection circuit (1). A delivering unit delivers a sound signal as soon as the oscillation signal is delivered by the oscillator, and delivers another sound signal as soon as time is elapsed from an instant where the unlocked door detection signal is delivered. The delivering unit is constituted of a timing circuit (2), an amplitude modulator (4), a switch (5), an amplifier (6), and a sound transducer (7).
