The cable has a batt (4) made of a hydrophilic material saturated with a mineral salt, and an insulating braided sheath (5) for maintaining the hydrophilic material. Two electrical conductors (1, 3) are isolated with respect to each other by a spiral isolation separator (2). An exterior sheath (7) is sealing with the cable by carrying out strippable storing through a wire (6) placed inside the insulating sheath.
