PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a card, wherein the card is processed and conveyed with a peelable protective film pasted on the front surface of the card allowing no damages or unevenness, from the laminating press process to the card piece cutout process, thereby foreign matters being less generated, therefore preventing the damages or uneveness from occurring. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a card includes, in the following order, at least: the final heat press process wherein a peelable protective film is stacked and pressed by lamination on the entire surface of the uppermost layer of the multiple-surfaced card base for close adhesion (1); the card piece cutout process wherein the tip of a card outline-shaped cutout blade penetrates the card base from the backside of the multi-surfaced card base with the protective film closely adhered on the front surface thereof and stops halfway in the protective film to cut out a card piece (2); the process wherein at the same time the cut out card is picked up being sucked and held one after another from the inside of the cutout blade, the protective film is peeled off, and later the card piece is taken out for stacking, accumulating, and storing (3).
