PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device and its program capable of promoting the efficiency of a test of a movement of a heart wall. SOLUTION: Contour image data (individual contour data 21 and standard contour data 23) representing myocardial contour configuration is previously memorized in a memory part 20 of an ultrasonic diagnostic device 1. When the dynamic image data of the heart is obtained, the ultrasonic diagnostic device 1 overlaps a contour image based on the contour image data and a heart image based on the obtained kinetic image data and displays them in a display part 81. The image analytic part 11 of the ultrasonic diagnostic device 1 furthermore tracks the contour area corresponding to the myocardial contour by analyzing the kinetic image data based on the contour image data and calculates the parameter of the wall movement based on the tracked result.
