PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor unit of an air conditioner capable of reducing the number of users feeling discomfort caused by cooling wind. SOLUTION: A horizontal blade 5 disposed at a lower side of a casing 2, controls the wind direction of the air supplied from an air distribution fan 3. The horizontal blade 5 is rotated by a first driving motor. Here, a swinging period of the horizontal blade 5 is kept within 2-5 seconds by control by a control portion. Thus a rotating speed of the horizontal blade 5 is increased, a wind velocity is high, and application of the air excessively cold, to the users can be prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
