PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna suitable for measuring noise at the position of an antenna section when a radio device is connected to an information processing device. SOLUTION: The antenna is composed of an interface part, a ground plate, and an antenna element. The interface part is formed by an insulating material, and is mounted to the interface of the information processing device. The ground plate is fixed to the interface part so as to be exposed to the outside of the information processing device when the interface part is mounted to the information processing device. The antenna element is electrically insulated from the ground plate, and is held by the ground plate or the interface part so as to be exposed to the outside of the information processing device when the interface part is mounted to the information processing device.
