PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finely manage running cost as the whole system by permitting or inhibiting post processing specified by a print job and/or the use of paper in each division. SOLUTION: A composite machine 1 receives the division code of a division 3-i to which a terminal device 4 being the source of the print job belongs from the terminal device 4. The post processing specified by the print job and/or the setting information of the paper is extracted. After that, when the post processing specified by the setting information and/or the use of the paper is inhibited in function limiting information, the post processing specified by the setting information and/or the use of the paper is inhibited when the print job is executed.
