PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal source position estimation device for estimating the position of a signal source even when a required number of arrival time differences cannot be acquired. SOLUTION: This signal source position estimation device comprises sensors 1a-1d for receiving electric wave radiated from the signal source, arrival time calculation sections 2a-2d for individually calculating the arrival times when the sensors 1a-1d receive electric wave, an arrival time difference calculation section 4 for combining every two of a plurality of arrival times and calculating a plurality of arrival time differences, a sensor position measurement section 5 for measuring the position of each of the sensors 1a-1d, a position estimating section 6 for estimating the position of the signal source based on the plurality of arrival time differences and the position of each of the sensors 1a-1d, and a signal source altitude setting section 7 for complementing specification applied when the required number of arrival time differences for estimating the position of the signal source cannot be acquired.
