PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation angle detector that can have the detection accuracy further improved of its rotation angle. SOLUTION: This rotation angle detector 1 includes a stator 100, comprising a plurality of stator cores disposed at given spaces on a support substrate made of a nonmagnetic material and each being equipped with a winding member; a rotor 160 provided rotatably in relation to the stator 100; and a converter for converting an output signal of each winding member into a digital signal, with the output signal changing according to the rotation of the rotor, and the converter is mounted on the support substrate.
