PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band-gap reference voltage source circuit that surely starts at the time of power-up. SOLUTION: The band-gap reference voltage source circuit is provided with: a diode-pair circuit BGR_Diode_Pair of a band-gap reference voltage source; an open drain output differential amplifier circuit AMP 1 whose output is connected to a reference voltage output terminal BG_REF; and an open drain output amplifier circuit AMP 2 comprising a second P channel MOS transistor MP 2 whose drain is connected to the reference voltage output terminal BG_REF and a second differential amplifier circuit A2, wherein a positive input terminal IN (+) is connected to a first bias voltage VR 1 lower than predetermined output voltage of the reference voltage output terminal BG_REF, a negative input terminal IN (-) is connected to the reference voltage output terminal BG_REF, and an output terminal OUTB is connected to the gate of the second P channel MOS MP 2.
