PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a pressure contact terminal for a splice to reduce manufacturing cost while improving connection reliability and work efficiency by providing the pressure contact terminal with a function of adjusting the pressure contact position of electric wire to a predetermined position. SOLUTION: The pressure contact terminal 10 for splice is formed by bending a conductive metal plate in recessed shape, and comprises facing side plates 11, 12 and a bottom plate 13 making the lower ends of the side plates 11, 12 continuous. One side plate 11 is provided with a plurality of pressure welding grooves 14 slotted at spaces into U-shape from the upper end. The facing side part tips of each pressure welding groove 14 are formed as pressure welding blade parts 15, while the other side plate 12 is not provided with pressure welding grooves but formed as a butting wall, and the tips of a plurality of electric wires 80 inserted in the respective pressure welding grooves 14 and connected by pressure welding abut on the butting wall 12.
