PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR MOLDING FABRICS COMPRISING ELASTIC POLYMERIC FIBRES

A new process of molding knit fabric compositions has been discovered. The process includes quenching a heated fabric to a temperature below the crystallization temperature of the polymeric fibers. Inclusion of such a step in the molding process leads to an improvement in the mold that is retained.
