A METHOD FOR PRODUCING ALCOHOL BY USING OF EDIBLE CANNA

<p>Provided is a method for producing alcohol by use of edible canna, which comprises the steps of: cleaning the fresh edible canna; crushing; mixing with water at a ratio of 100:20-25; mixing with white sugar at a ratio of 100:0.5-1; adding amylase at a ratio of 100:3-5; mixing at 15-30 °C for 2-5 hours with stirring; saccharifying; placing in fermenting device; continuously fermenting at normal temperature for 65-85 hours; pumping aseptic air into fermented liquor; adding the fermenting-ripening liquor to alcohol distilling device; and continuously distilling at 90-110 °C to obtain end product alcohol.</p>
