This invention relates to the use of derivatives of 3(2H)-pyridazinone of the general formula (I) for the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Specifically, the 4-bromo-6-[3-(4-chlorophenyl)propoxy)-5-(3- pyridylmethylamino)-3(2H)-pyridazinone or 4-bromo-6-[3-(4- chlorophenyl)-3-hydroxypropoxy)-5-(3-pyridylmethylamino)-3(2H)- pyridazinone or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
