A multifunctional exhibition device is provided, which minimizes the need space, makes the efficient use possible, and provides various display methods and spaces. A multifunctional exhibition device comprises: a supporting frame(110) in which the top, bottom, left, and right are integrally connected while forming the space part on the inner side; a rotation bar(120) which connects the supporting frame and perpendicular display panel; a perpendicular display panel(130) in which a hanging display portion is formed; a fixing member(140) which fixes the perpendicular display panel; a perpendicular display portion support stand(150) supporting the supporting frame in the lower part; a horizontal display panel(160); and a horizontal display portion support stand(170) supporting the horizontal display panel.
