A sterilizing and drying machine of shoes for a vehicle is disclosed, which is installed below a vehicle seat, so a user can sterilize, disinfect or dry shoes by inputting the shoes into a machine while a user moves to somewhere on a vehicle. The sterilizing and drying machine of shoes for a vehicle comprises a body which is installed below a vehicle seat and has a space part formed in the interior of the body for accommodating shoes; a tray which slides out of the space part; a sterilizing part which is installed in the interior of the space part and sterilizes the shows accommodated in the space part; and a controller which is installed in one side of the body and controls the operations of the tray, the sterilizing part and the drying part.
