<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw compressor that can prevent a gate rotor from biting into a screw rotor with a simple configuration, reduce wear amount of the gate rotor, and prevent capacity lowering of compressor, even if a gate rotor deflects due to temperature difference between casing and screw rotor during the operation of compressor. <P>SOLUTION: A gate rotor 3 includes a gate rotor body 30, and a shaft section 40 for attaching the gate rotor body 30.
