PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution server delivering contents in consideration of a temporal change of a user's preference.

SOLUTION: The information distribution server 12 comprises a history-request receiving part 20 receiving a content delivery request from a mobile communication terminal 16; an event completion discriminating part 24 updating the completion determination reliability of an event based on the degree of event contribution related to history information of a task model upon receiving the content delivery request, and determining whether the completion determination reliability of the event corresponding to the contents is a predetermined value or more; an event completion dependent content selecting part 22 selecting contents corresponding to the event when the event completion discriminating part 24 determines that the completion determination reliability is less than the predetermined value; and a content transmitting part 38 transmitting the contents selected by the event completion dependent content selecting part 22, to the mobile communication terminal 16.
