<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a communication control that performs an exclusive control of a network interface in consideration of an execution priority of an application. <P>SOLUTION: An SCS19e of an MFP1 manages a network interface used by each application including a copy application 20a and a remote diagnosis application 20e and its available state, and manages a plurality of network interfaces (network board 14 and modem 15) by fixing an order of priority. When the application executes a function of the application by using the network interface, and an application using a network interface whose priority is lower than the interface used by the application exists, the function of the application using the network interface whose priority order is lower is stopped, and the function of the application using the network interface whose priority order is higher is executed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
