<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material distribution system for distributing conference materials to a portable terminal of a participant in a conference hall. <P>SOLUTION: A server 20 of the material distribution system, upon detecting a portable terminal 10 of a participant in a conference room, accumulates a terminal ID of the portable terminal 10 in a memory 24, and when distributing materials, generates material information as conference materials with a list of terminal IDs attached thereto, and transmits it to the portable terminals 10 of prospective participants. The portable terminal 10, upon receiving the material information from the server 20, collates the terminal ID of the own terminal with the terminal ID included in the material information, and if matching is determined as a result of the collation, saves the received material information in a memory 14 of the own terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
