PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an escape guiding system for surely guiding routes up to a shelter for pedestrians when disaster warning is issued. SOLUTION: A control device 2 of a car-mounted device 1 determines whether it need urgently escape when disaster information is received from a radio station 28. When the control device determines that it needs to urgently escape, the escape guiding system transmits map data including a current position detected by a position detector 3 and the shelter retrieved by the control device 2 to a mobile phone 27. Successively, the escape guiding system guides a route of a vehicle up to a parking location retrieved by the control device 2 from the current position, and transmits a walking route connecting the parking location and the shelter retrieved by the control device 2 to the mobile phone 27.
