PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route guidance apparatus which can, when a parking lot set as a parking site in advance has been congested with a predetermined level or more, urge a user to reset a parking lot. SOLUTION: The route guidance apparatus 100 selects a parking lot existing in the surroundings of a destination as a parking site and performs route guidance to the selected parking lot. The route guidance apparatus 100 comprises: a full/available state acquisition means 10 for acquiring the full/available state of each parking lot distributed by the road traffic information center; an entry waiting time acquisition means 11 for acquiring the entry waiting time of each parking lot on the basis of information collected by a probe car; and a parking lot information output means 13 for displaying the full/available state of a parking lot existing in the surroundings of the destination, when the entry waiting time of the selected parking lot reaches a predetermined time or more.
