PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunable filter device for independently controlling a center frequency and a band width when using a filter. SOLUTION: The tunable filter device (1) comprises the filter (10) having a resonator pattern (12) formed on a dielectric substrate (11), an adjusting rod (25) positioned above the resonator pattern for adjusting the transmission characteristics of the resonator pattern, a container (32) housing the filter and the adjusting rod and having a through-hole (32A), and a position adjusting means (20) for moving the adjusting rod in the vertical direction to the resonator pattern.
