PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convex-concavo forming device and information input device for obtaining contact sensation to easily recognize a formed convex shape as an input button, while regulating complexity of the device. SOLUTION: The convex-concavo forming section (convex-concavo forming device) 40 includes a protruding member 41 consisting of an insulating body; elastomer 42 which is disposed to enclose the side and bottom of the protruding member 41 and includes smaller hardness than the protruding member 41 and insulation properties; first electrodes 51a and 51b sandwiching the elastomer 42; and second electrodes 61a and 61b, wherein it is configured to form convex parts 12a to 12n for input by using the first electrodes 51a and 51b and the second electrodes 61a and 61b, applying a voltage to the elestomer 42 to deform the elastomer 42 by an electrostatic attraction generated between the first electrodes 51a and 51b and second electrodes 61a and 61b and then push up the protruding member 41.
