PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet post-processing device reduced in size and manufacturable at low cost. SOLUTION: This sheet post-processing device comprises: a treatment tray for aligning sheets fed in order thereto; a plurality of liftable stack trays disposed on the downstream side of the treatment tray and having at least a first stack tray for loading and storing the aligned sheet bundle; and a shift means for facing any of the stack trays toward the discharge hole of the treatment tray. A binding means for binding the center portion of the sheet bundle and a sheet folding means for folding the bound sheet bundle are disposed in the first stack tray in a folding path in which the sheet bundle fed from the treatment tray is folded. The folding path is formed of a generally U-shaped path for so feeding the sheet bundle folded by the sheet folding means onto the sheet loading surface of the first stack tray that the folded end of the sheet bundle faces toward the upstream side of the treatment tray in the discharge direction of the sheet bundle.
