PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof molding preventing a cap from interfering with an opening notch portion of a roof molding body when opening/closing, facilitating sliding operation, and having the excellent fixing stability of the cap. SOLUTION: The roof molding includes a roof molding body provided with an opening portion, and a cap slide-opening/closing the opening portion. The roof molding body includes an upper wall portion extending in a vehicle fore-and-aft direction and provided with the opening portion, sidewall portions suspending from both sides in the width direction of the upper wall portion, and rib portions disposed inwardly opposite to each other from the sidewall portions and a notch portion of the rib portion. The cap blocks the opening portion of the roof molding body from a back surface side of the upper wall portion. The cap includes a first elastic leg portion on a closing direction side and a second elastic leg portion on an opening direction side sliding between an upper surface of the rib portions disposed inwardly oppositely and a back surface of the upper wall portion, and a rectilinear cam moving from the notch portion to a back side of the rib portion and moving the cap to a diagonally down side when the cap is slid in an opening direction.
